What does ZTOO do?
ZTOO Sdn Bhd (Zero to One Solution) builds mobile apps, websites and custom software for businesses — booking, ordering, billing, point-of-sale, scheduling and internal systems — from a studio in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Where is ZTOO based, and where do you work?
ZTOO is based in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur, and builds for clients across Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, China and Australia. Weekly demos run on a call, so clients outside KL follow progress the same way.
How does a ZTOO project start?
Every engagement starts with a one-week scope. You leave it with a spec and a launch date — or with honest advice not to build yet. You can also shape your build on the homepage in about twenty seconds and send the scope over.
Who owns the code?
You do. Code sits in your repo, accounts are in your name, and the handover includes documentation written for whoever maintains it next.
How big is the team on a project?
Two or three people on your build, start to finish — the person who designed your screen is the person who fixes it. There are no account managers in between.
Which technologies does ZTOO use?
Flutter, Swift and Kotlin for mobile; React and Next.js for the web; Laravel, PHP, Node, Python, Java and .NET on the back end; MySQL, Postgres, Supabase and Firebase for data; AWS and Docker for hosting; Stripe for payments.
Do you keep supporting the product after launch?
Yes, optionally. Care plans cover hosting, monitoring, security patches and a set number of improvement hours each month, and you can cancel any month.
