The short version
We don't sell your data. Analytics and advertising cookies only run if you accept them in the banner shown on your first visit. When you send the contact form, your answers go to us by email and nowhere else.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
If you accept cookies in the banner, we load Meta Pixel (and, once configured, Google Tag Manager) to understand how visitors use this site and to measure the performance of our own ads. If you reject or don't respond, none of these load and no related cookie is set. Your choice is remembered in your browser's local storage, not a tracking cookie, and you can change it any time by clearing your browser's site data for ztoo.company.
The homepage scope tool
Your answers in the "What are we building?" tool on the homepage are held temporarily in your browser's session storage so they can prefill the contact form if you click through to it. They aren't sent anywhere until you actually submit or send the contact form.
The contact form
When you press Send it over, your name, email and what you tell us about the project are sent to our server, which emails them to hello@ztoo.company so we can reply to your enquiry, and for nothing else. We keep a copy of each enquiry in a private log on our own hosting for up to six months so one can't go missing, then it is deleted automatically; ask us and we'll delete yours sooner. To limit spam, a one-way hash of your IP address is used only to count how many times it submits per hour. If sending fails, the page offers a pre-filled email draft instead, and nothing reaches us until you press send in your own mail app.
Hosting
This site is hosted with a third-party hosting provider. Standard web server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) are kept by the host for security and reliability, separately from the cookie-based analytics described above.
Your rights
To ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, email hello@ztoo.company or WhatsApp 012-7684119. We'll get back to you within a working day.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
